• Reverse engineer or copy our AI algorithms
• Resell or redistribute our analysis without permission
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data

When you upload chart images or other content:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us a license to process and analyze your uploads
• You confirm you have the right to upload such content
• We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models

We do not claim ownership of your trading analysis or personal data.

All content, features, and functionality of ChartDNA.tech are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• Our AI algorithms and analysis methods
• Website design, graphics, and user interface
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Documentation and written content

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of our AI analysis
• We are not responsible for trading losses or investment decisions
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
