How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the billing period ends.
Why isn't my chart being detected?
Make sure the symbol and timeframe are visible in your screenshot. Use candlestick charts for best results.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Subscription and select your new plan. The change takes effect immediately.
