How to Report a Bug Effectively
When reporting a technical issue, including the following information helps us resolve it faster: the chart symbol and timeframe you were analysing, the browser and operating system you're using, a screenshot of the error or unexpected behaviour, and the exact steps you took before the issue occurred. Billing and Subscription Support
All billing is handled securely through Stripe. If you have questions about your invoice, need a refund, or want to change your subscription tier, include your registered email address in your message so we can locate your account quickly.
