How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the billing period ends.

Why isn't my chart being detected?

Make sure the symbol and timeframe are visible in your screenshot. Use candlestick charts for best results.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings > Subscription and select your new plan. The change takes effect immediately.

How to Report a Bug Effectively

When reporting a technical issue, including the following information helps us resolve it faster: the chart symbol and timeframe you were analysing, the browser and operating system you're using, a screenshot of the error or unexpected behaviour, and the exact steps you took before the issue occurred. Email reports to info@chartdna.tech with the subject line "Bug Report: [brief description]".

Billing and Subscription Support

All billing is handled securely through Stripe. If you have questions about your invoice, need a refund, or want to change your subscription tier, include your registered email address in your message so we can locate your account quickly. Subscription changes take effect immediately; cancellations retain access until the end of your current billing period. For details, see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
